Really cool machine! Do you have raked trees, from the the pictures it looks like stock rake. When I first got my hack going it had terrible head shake after about 20 mph. Ended up with a steering stabilezer. That works for now, but someday I will have raked trees or leading link forks. Thanks for shareing your rig, enjoy it for years to come. anim-cheers1

thanks. the rake is stock, works fine, with no hands it shakes like crazy but I can drive it at any speed with one hand on the bar. quite heavy to steer though. I think I lean against raked trees or build my own, -dont remember the name, the type that old indians have, think they look cool.

made the leading link last winter. big improvement. the plan was to fix anti sway bar and brakes on the sigecar this winter but it didnt happen. runs really good though. maby next winter. on loose gravel the lack of brake on the sidecar is noticeable.

no:-) They are at an age when they find most out of the ordinary things frightning. they hated the idea but came to like it when they saw the result. its a graffiti artist that I know. I liked the black with scallops. Ive been into old school custom graphics since I was a kid and inherited old hot rod magazines from the older guys in the village. But I felt it just wasnt me on this bike so I talked to my friend and said I wanted butterflies and stuff. the text on the hood says "think of death"

Great ideas, I have enjoyed the evolution of your bike. Now i'll have to build a sidecar rig!

Ive allways found sidecars ugly. ok, some of the vintage ones are beautiful but the average everyday practical ones. the proportions are wrong with leading link front ends and all. they are normaly just plain ugly. but then Ive realised that the average sidecarist normaly builds the bike to suit just him and just to be driven and they dont care about what other people think as long as they can bring their stuff and it handles well. they seem to think beautiful and practical is the same thing. offcourse they get very happy if people like them and the thing is that everybody love sidecars no matter how they look because they are so weird that people seem to think that the guy driving must be like the wierdest nicest person around and they instantly think they must like you, and quite often come over and talk to you. so as my own bike is evolving Ive come to think that sidecars often are beautiful even when they are ugly cause they just reflects the practical sense of the builder.
