Keep me as tentative for now. A lot of things need to fall into place for it to work

Don't worry, I just want to be sure we have enough rooms reserved if we need them. Once I have a good price I'll post it and you can get your rooms.

Bud - you want to trailer down together and share a room? I should have my 78 back on the road, otherwise I have the Guzzi.

So far I have these people interested. I am going to contact the hotel soon, so let me know if you want a two bed room and who you are sharing with or if you want a single, and I will try to reserve enough. Also, do you want a T-shirt and what size?
Still working on the design, but it will be awesome.

Re: Central Run June 6-8 Eureka Springs
You can add us to the list, as well. Just put in for vacation time! My Lady Robin and I will be there! We will be needing a single room, and two t-shirts, XL if they run on the smallish side... I do have a few questions about the planned activities, as I've never participated in a group run before, and need to plan a bit.
I'm assuming that the registration fee is per person.
What, in general, happens each day? I see that Monday night is 'early' arrival, what happens on Tuesday? Wednesday is obvious, what about Thursday? Do most people leave on Friday?
I've also seen posted somewhere 'protocols' for group riding, and am wondering if anyone can point me in that direction...

Re: Central Run June 6-8 Eureka Springs
Hi,
Glad you're going to be able to make it! As for the planned activities. There will be one long planned ride (might split into several groups depending on the number of bikes, with a lunch midway through. Then on Wed. night there is the big dinner, paid for by your registration fee (which is person.)
Backing up to Tuesday. There will be two rides, morning and afternoon which will be decided upon by the group ready to ride. In other words, we will have several interesting choices and depending on when you get to Eureka Springs you will be able to join up and head out, much more informal. Dinner will be provided with Rodger (rcmatt)'s best chili and fixings.
Skipping ahead to Thursday, some may have to head home at some point during this day, so again the program will look like Tuesday during the day, with those left going to one of the many great eateries in town for dinner.
Our favorite place for breakfast is the Buffet (where you can also order off the menu,) that looks like a local dinner (and is!) Except for Wednesday dinner, meals are not paid for by the group.
Of course, part of the reason for these runs is for all of us to meet face to face, kick tires and Yaw a lot. So, all rides are optional, and weather permitting you can sit by the outside or inside fire, or on your front stoop and Yaw all you want at any time.
See you soon!
