Fun in the mud!

#1

Post by Bugdaddy66 »

Spent last weekend with a buddy at a vintage motocross event in Eastern Washington as we have for the past few years. https://www.facebook.com/rattlersrunracing/ Took the 78 "scrambler" with us to ride on the 20 mile poker run through the fields of the Washington Palouse. After a full night and day of rain, it was a wet and muddy ride! Great fun hanging with true motorcycle enthusiasts, many great stories and memories. Here are a few before and after pics of bike, and one very happy/muddy rider.

Easy to see the fork travel, and you used a bunch of it. Nice pictures.

Wow! That bike just looks like fun. I started out with enduros, and have gotten older and less daring on my Goldwings. That looks like a real dirt bike...it should climb straight up!

My friend Ken and I call or shop Bad Idea Customs. Our motto is no bad ideas left untried. We both agreed this was one of the best/worst ideas ever! Super fun uphill, a little scary on wet side hills.
