As the Texas ride had its representative from the Great White North. You can count
having a Lone Star state member present! tumb2

Greg .. your brother may have jumped the gun by releasing plans for 2018, but we had a great discussion about possible ride sites for a future Canadian run. I know Brother Rat has a lot on his plate for 2017, but we may need to see if we can do this run for after Labour Day 2017!!!! There seems to be an awful lot of interest already, and we didn't have a run this year. SO ..... Stay tuned for further developments!!!!!!!!!!

Is it time yet??? I'm packed and ready to ride.. As soon as I get the bike back together. This year would be good, before Sept though, last time (Isle Of Manitoulin) everything was shut down in Sept and was COLD.

Count me in for 2018; I very much doubt I can do this in 2017. Apart from anything else, I will need time to sort the oil leak on my bike when I get over. That might take some time as it will be an engine strip.

Gents,
The 1000 Islands are an hour (if the OPP are not watching) west of me, this sounds very do-able !

2017 Canadian Ride Shaping Up .... the NGW THOUSAND ISLANDS RIDE ....

#28

Post by Rat »

OK .... decision accomplished .... the NGW Eastern Run this September will be to the Canadian Thousand Islands.

Rough plan so far is to have the Run in the second week of September, the 12, 13, 14, based in Kingston Ontario with day rides in the area.
