WOW I am really pleased that Pop's bike was chosen as bike of the month. Thank you. This club deserves a lot of credit for that bike. After stumbling along the internet, a few years back, I came across the Naked Gold Wing site. I immediately saw from all the photos of everyone's projects, what could be done to an old Goldwing, and I was impressed. I used ideas from a lot of bikes here, and the help from the boards was never ending. The useful info. that is on this site is fantastic. The ideas posted here never end and that keeps me coming back daily. Thanks again for the honor of Bike of the Month.

It was fun watching as you hauled it into the basement and proceeded to detaile the H-Eeee-double-hockey-sticks outta that bike.

The whitewalls are the icing on the cake.

Congratulations!

Thanks again for honor of bike of the month. The photo is one of my favorites as well. The pic shows the barn it was stored in for several years and it also is special because a couple months after this photo was taken my better half and I decided to move from this hobby farm and go back into a small town before we retire. It is one of the last pics I took there. The good news is that the new place has a garage and I do not have to run the bike into the basement anymore to work on it or any other bike that comes along. I did make a video of the exit from the basement and I should post it. Everything was very controlled with the bumper hitch pulling it out and actually I would recommend it. Last summer with the move and my riding buddy(my daughter) moving to South Carolina mid summer, I did not enjoy the bike as much as I would have liked to. It still brings a smile to my face every time I see it and cannot wait to get out this year. I see that a few from this board are planning on going to Port Dover on the 13th of June and I hope to be there as well and finally meet a few of you.

Thanks again
Rick Leigh
