Thanks Old Fogey - very helpful - don't know how I missed it. I do see your trick on removing the rods while still on the heads, but on the left side it looks to me they are prevented from coming out the rear due the circular housing that would intefere with getting it out. Thanks again though - good stuff on the oil holes that I would have certainly missed!
