But do the 80-81 have 5speed?? Or OD ?? Because the engine and gear is in the same box.

Five speeds, just different gearing.
this should make it as clear as mud. Note the secondary gearing switched as well as the fifth gears. As to your swap. They're going to be very close. After chasing lower rpms in motors for a century, it seems the auto industry has finally realized every engine has a sweet spot it likes to run at, and low rpm isn't always best.

Don't worry so much about the gearing. Buy an 1100 engine if you find one. Put it in. You'll be happy and you can ride.
