Removing a Broken Stud or Tap?
Interesting instructional video on how an expert uses a tig torch to remove broken parts that look about impossible to fix. The video was made by an ex welding instructor for Delta Airlines in Atlanta with mega years of experience. May be possible to find someone local to you who can something similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffR2pGVGHbg

Re: Removing a Broken Stud or Tap?
He has a lot of great tips and videos for anything welding.
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.
