Vetter headlight ring

#1

Post by kenai »

Hi all- how does the headlight ring remove on the vetter fairings? also looks like the headlight might be either led or halogen; looks to have a post in the center...are led and halogen more or less power hungry than stock? thxs kenai

the ring twists clockwise approx an inch or so.
Not sure what the current draw would be for a halogen but LED lights are significantly easier on the charging system..

LED should look like a small tower in the middle. The elements that illuminate are on the side of that tower. Halogen will have a glass bulb with the gas inside. LED is a lot less power draw but if Halogen it is probably similar to stock. They come in different wattages.
These are halogen
