Yessir. Lived in Hayes, Middlesex til 1960 when I came to the US at age 15. A friend used to buy me Norton parts and whitworth tools and ship them over here.
Seems I might be able to send stuff to you with a somewhat reduced value. If I wiggle it around in my hand a bit it becomes a much less valuable used part doesn't it?
I sent an old friend a Disston crosscut saw a few years back. I don't think there was any duty on it.
