Very fine. I dont have one handy, so someone else needs to chime in. I would estimate at least 1.0 TP or possibly 0.75 TP as a best guess.
Current Bikes:

1966 CL77 - Honda 305cc - Dual purpose - "Gentleman's Scrambler" was a period moniker.
1967 CL175K0 - Low production number with #802 engine serial- winter 2019/2020 full restoration.
1972 CB350F - Baby Four with low mileage - Cosmetic refresh to the next level 2021/2022.
1978 CB550K - Very original bike with only 7499 Km. from new - light cleanup and refresh done.
1983 CB1100F - Canadian model - DOHC Supersport in pristine low kilometre condition from new.
1984 GL1200 - Standard model in showroom condition - two owner bike from new.
1984 CX650E - Restored summer 2017 - a rare Eurosport model - excellent one owner bike.

Here's a brand new right side bolt for only $20, can't go wrong with brand new and you will be able to measure the thread.

Can't find a new left one but good looking used ones are out there.

Thanks for that, but its not the bolts I'm after, I need to clean the threads in the frame so need a tap the right size.

Mine are from an 80-82 CB900 parts lot I purchased, which the fiche say is the same; they measure 1.5 mm. I had no idea taps came that large diameter-wise, though.

here is the link from his build thread. Being you are in England, shipping might be a wash vs purchase, but he was very helpful with stuff with me.

If you want to search for a tap, it is M30x1.5.

Cheers, I'll keep that in mind. Hopefully I'll be able to source one over here. Thanks again.
