Very common spot for those seats to fail .... tough fix because of the flexing .... best I’ve ever managed was shoe goop covered with a piece of black duct tape .... but then my handle is Rat for a reason ....

Or Super Glue the spot. Make sure you go beyond the rip.

You can slow it, but you cannot stop it. As Rat noted, also it may not look the way you want it to look either.

Good luck. If it’s any consolation, I have the beginnings of some stress points showing up on my rather expensive Mustang seat on the Valkyrie. Not happy about it.

Liquid rubber, works great. Been using for years. Many different kinds.

You might try a piece of denim larger than the rip and tease it under the seat cover so it is flat with a good overlap into the unbroken area. Then take some black Urethane windshield setting compound and smear it under the seat cover so it bonds the denim to the underside of the seat. Wipe off the excess. That should last for some time and will reinforce the ends of the rip in the cover.
