Yes, establish a new service interval on the bike, never really know how close a previous owner might have been to timely servicing. Make those service dates your own.

And if you arent going to used those engine guards, I am interested in them!

Shes home now and i had few free hours today. So i decided to remove the non original rack and put on the original one. Looks much better now. Also lots of questions game to the surface.

1) what am i missing here ( the cap between the blinker and rear light assembly)

You need item #16 and possibly #17 here - https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-gl1100-gold ... T3X6eTsZZQ.

FYI item #16 is longer on the aspencade. (Different part no.)

You may be able to find a cheaper deal, but at least it gives you the number. They are only plastic. Ebay is a good place to start for an item like that.
