Question about rear brake mounting -
I rough installed the rear caliper and mount, but it seems a little wobbly. When I tighten the pivot bolt, it pushes the mounting bracket away. Seems like it should be more snug...?
And concerning the rear hydraulic line (need to order a new one) - does it just route around along the curve of the swingarm cross brace and back? Need to properly size it.

Re: Finishing up brakes
Did you powder coat the caliper bracket?
If you did, the bolt may be binding in the hole because the powder coat changed the size of the hole.

Re: Finishing up brakes
No. I did paint it but I stuffed the mounting holes.
I will check/scrape perchance there is a clearance issue

Re: Finishing up brakes
If they fit before that would be the only thing I can think of that would cause that.

Re: Finishing up brakes
Re brake line: I can't say for sure about the 1200 but my 1100 has tabs on the swingarm and torque arm to retain the brake line. I just fished a tape measure through next to them to figure out how long the line needed to be.
