Where you buying your braided brake lines…?
Anybody got a lead on a dealer/website where I can pick up replacement stainless brake lines? Randakks is out of stock, and Dennis Kirk only offers parts, not completed hoses. Anybody got a vendor that’s made em’ to their liking that you’d be comfortable recommending?

I just used China bay. None of them were clocked exactly right, but they all worked fine. I also built a front upper one from Goodridge parts. The OD isn't much ore than 1/8", but the brakes work great.

You got a website?
I’ll likely have to do (2) GL1100’s. All lines front and rear.

Re: Where you buying your braided brake lines…?
I haven't bought lines lines in a long time (they do last practically forever). I have never bought a set made specifically for the bike, largely because those only fit the stock configuration. For example, on the GoldWing I prefer to have a single stainless braided line from the rear master cylinder to the caliper instead of the stock combination of a solid steel line and a shorter flexible line (one less place for a bubble to lodge), not to mention that I currently have an '83 with un-linked brakes.
The last few times I talked to the parts guy at my local Honda dealer and he ordered what I needed from one of the aftermarket catalogues. When I bought the line that is on my winter machine I had to buy a line the correct length that came with threaded fittings on each end and banjos that threaded into them. The last time I was able to buy the line by the foot and banjos with compression fittings and assemble my own. I have also bought lines from a speed & custom car supply (I believe those have nominal 3/8" banjos but they work OK with the bike's 10mm banjo bolts).

Re: Where you buying your braided brake lines…?
I've used Goodridge lines on several bikes. Modular in that you pick the ends and the lines separately, then screw them together. Many different end designs, many different lengths. Also come in silver or black. The downside is that you always end up with lines that are a bit too long, so there's an extra bend.

Goodridge. I couldn't remember until you said it but that's the brand I described as " I had to buy a line the correct length that came with threaded fittings on each end and banjos that threaded into them".
Their lines come in 1" increments so if you measure them according to their instructions the lines shouldn't be to much longer than you need.

Re: Where you buying your braided brake lines…?
IMHO..much easier to contact Raymond and say "I need new lines for a 76 goldwing". If your bike is stock they are plug and play.
