New style rear master cylinder on 77 help

New style rear master cylinder on 77 help
Ok so I've decided to just by a new rear master cylinder for my 77 gl1000 it doesn't look like it would be that hard to make a few small brackets but just wanna confirm that it's possible to mount a new style rear master to a 77 if there are any other posts about this would greatly help

I put a Chinabay rear MC on a '79 CB750F. Worked well.
