We broke all the rules when we bought this place. Fist house we looked at, didn't get a home inspection. lol
I told SWMBO'd that I didn't care what style house we got but I didn't want a split entry or a yard with a bunch of things to mow around..
The house..the first two pictures are from the real estate add. Notice all the trees in the yard.
What sold me was the location and the 2 car garage..
The last picture is how it looks currently. Still doing reno's but I keep telling myself..it's money in your pocket..eventually..maybe.

Ha! Right now I'd settle for a 10x10 concrete slab and a canopy, lol! I'm building the lift in my basement, but there's not much chance of working on a whole bike down there. I do move a lot of assemblies up and down the stairs. Josh and I carried his bare frame/ engine combo up after re-doing the engine, and he finished it in the driveway. I currently do my big jobs in a storage unit that's packed with too much other 'stuff'.

This is the bike "shop". I spun the beige shed 90 degrees to the right and built the 14 x 14 piece on it. Hopefully someday I'll have enough metric tools in there that I don't spend half my time walking back and forth to the garage.
It's wired. Just need to insulate it and cover the insulation with something..most likely osb sheets

Ow on the bike fall over. Had the same thing happen to my ST 1100. A replacement mirror setup was 200 bucks, and I cracked an oem windshield that I was never able to replace. Since everyone is showing their domains, here is mine after I spent last week replacing siding and painting it. A three bedroom modular with an Alaska insulation package. My favorite part is the 20x20 garage in the back of the picture. Room for 11 bikes. hahahaha. My neighbors and I are in talks about installing a solar grid since I have an extra 1/4 acre next to the house.
