I completely understand CYBORG.
The more computing I do the more I have trouble in the maze of things I'm sposed to remember.
If I ever get O'le Blue up and running, one of my first trips will be to run out to Muskeegon.
Thanks for the invite.

sounds what I will be doing the third week of November when I venture out to OK.... take the boat out of the garage.... take the bikes out..... move junk around and sweep the floor.... put everything back in again

most likely will also change the belts on the '78 because I cannot recall when I did that last, although I imagine they will look okay

Hello
Made the effort to ship my forks & valve covers, belt covers etc to Tom"s recycling cycle for powder coating ,well worth the effort , the work is above and beyond my expectations The communication from Tom is timely with quick explanations , no added surprises at what i think is a fair price Anytime anyone needs a to hear a good reference please get in touch

Very Nice work.
I didn't think you could pc the inside of bolts and get them the proper torque. I thought it would somehow chip off like paint.

we didn't powder coat the bolts ,the valve covers ,the bolts are rubber mounted along with the T belt covers--massive rain to-day ,good day to reassemble a bike

Wow! Now I am confused.....I was going to consider sending my forks for polishing, but now that I see the powder coated ones I don't know which way to go. I have to choose between a great polishing service or a great powder coating service!

Thanks guys!! Now what do I do? lolol

always a dilemma.... polishing means you do have to "spit and polish" to keep up appearances, but shine is nice, powdercoat and you do have to clean, but it is durable
