Nothing I was searching for.
Call received, "I just need it out of here".
I guess I'll give it a try.
1971 Honda CB350.
Completely dismantled and in various boxes, not sorted or separated.
Definitely not complete.

Looks like a model kit, lol! I always worry about the small stuff; nuts, bolts, brackets, etc. Have fun!

For some reason, the four-cylinder 350s seem to be a little more sought after in some circles, but the twin is a way better motorcycle in that size. Nice score.

I hope you enjoy your 3D kinetic puzzle. I've found that the "lots" that bike breakers sell on eBay are a good, low cost source for all those odd fasteners and brackets you'll inevitably need with a project like this. You just need to look at the photos really well. I don't have a lot of leftovers from my 350 project, but if you need a brake pedal bolt I know I have an extra one.

I bought 72CB 350 brand new, loved it! Put 12,000 miles on it over the next two years, then moved up to the CB 750 :-D My brother bought a 350 four when they came out, it was smoother, but I don’t think it had the torque of the twin, just wasn’t as much fun to ride, in my estimation. My girlfriend, (now wife) also had a red 350 four, good beginner bike for her. She now rides a Yamaha Vstar 1300, says it’s perfect for her.

In my experience, basket cases ALWAYS end up costing more than expected.
Building it as a "custom" will be cheaper than trying to bring it back to 100% stock.
In the end...... nobody is going to care if it has the oem rims, seat or handlebars.

I picked up a '76 RD400 basket case (well, roller with engine in-frame and a BIG tub of parts). I know that I'll put more into it than I paid initially (and I paid more than a new one cost) but it will be worth much more. There just aren't many. Besides, (if I ever sell it) I don't build them to flip for money, just to get the money back out that I put into them. Just sold a '78 GL1000 yesterday for what I had in it. Made me and the buyer (a friend) quite happy.

1967 CL175K0 - Low production number with #802 engine serial- winter 2019/2020 full restoration.
1972 CB350F - Baby Four with low mileage - Cosmetic refresh to the next level 2021/2022.
1978 CB550K - Very original bike with only 7499 Km. from new - light cleanup and refresh done.
1983 CB1100F - Canadian model - DOHC Supersport in pristine low kilometre condition from new.
1984 GL1200 - Standard model in showroom condition - two owner bike from new.
1984 CX650E - Restored summer 2017 - a rare Eurosport model - excellent one owner bike.
