Okay, I'm stuck. I am attempting to rebuild all three calipers on an ’83 GL1100i with the linked brakes. The front left and rear calipers have two Ø32mm pistons each, but the front right caliper which is linked to the rear pedal has two Ø25mm pistons. I bought two rebuild kits for the front calipers but they came with all Ø32mm seals. In all my searching and even calling my local dealership, I cannot for the life of me find the correct seals for the front right caliper of this system. All the parts diagrams show one caliper exploded and assume the other caliper as the same. The dealership parts guy thought my bike had been modified but I seriously doubt it since the linked brake system is pretty well documented. Anyone have any leads for the correct caliper seals for the front right caliper of an ’83 GL1100i? Thanks in advance!

That’s the way the bike was built alright .... '83 was the first year .... one option is to 'unlink' the brakes ....
run 2 new stainless lines from the front master cylinder (double banjo bolt) to each of the front callipers and make the pedal just activate the rear.

If you check Western Honda's website, they list the left and right dust seal and piston seal, although they are not shown in the diagram. Per the parts list, the right dust seal is 45109-GE2-006, piston seal is 45209-GE2-006. You may find better pricing if you Google those numbers. Good wrenchin!

Just happened across the numbers for the K&L brand aftermarket kits. Right caliper is #32-1182 and left is 32-1177. Both are available through my favorite eBay seller Georgefix. (I have no affiliation, BTW).
