Newbies Getting Too many emails from NGW??

Newbies Getting Too many emails from NGW??

Recently we have changed the Email notification default setting for new members. Basically this means that by default you will receive an email notification on your threads when a post is made.

If this is too much and you want to turn this off here is how to do it.

In the upper right hand corner of the main forum look for the User Control panel

Click on that and this will open up, click on Board Preferences

And this will open up, Click on Edit posting defaults

And this will open up,
Notify me upon replies by default.jpg

The last line is "Notify me upon replies by default" change that from yes to no and hit the submit button.

That will turn off the default and then if a particular thread interests you then you can hit the "Subscribe Topic" button at the top left of any particular thread as shown here
