Hello everybody im Chris and I just picked up my first goldwing a couple of weeks ago. It is a 78 with a little over 60,000 miles on it. It seems to be in pretty good shape. It runs well which is good because I am not a mechanic but i have been planning on learning how to work on it (Starting with timing belts) I have to say that there are alot more resources on this site and others than i ever would have believed possible. That will make the learning curve a little easier and hopefully save me from making too many expensive mistakes.I plan on eventually doing some custom work to it and will post pics as things start happen. Right now I am just trying to absorb as much info as possible.
