Hello from Ireland

#1

Post by MattTrim »

I recently acquired a 1979 Gl1000 in lovely condition from a very generous guy who was looking for a new home for it rather than looking to make a profit on it. I am only starting to work on it to get it roadworthy but am already looking forward to exercising it on our lovely roads. Happy to see such a forum as this for these lovely bikes.
Regards
Matt

Welcome from a transplanted package of dna from the emerald isle. My Great Grandparents were at one time from Cullybackey. Made the trip to Ireland in 2012 and envy the rides that you will be able to take your GL on. Bet that Liam will be chiming in shortly.
