Greetings from The Pond lady wrencher and bike builder, pretty!

Hi everyone

My name is Angel and I live in the UK, restoring classic motorbikes, from end to end, painting them too. Mostly Wings & Magna’s. My smaller bike is a USA Super Magna 1987.
I’ve a Goldwing GL1100 trike, fitted with 1200 plastics, I bought for my disabled relative (77) Norman, he loves it and called it Daisy.

Recently stripped down my 1200 Interstate, due to a sport related back injury, the bike is too heavy, fully dressed and decided to restomod it, to make it better for me, not a big lassie!
I’ve discovered this week, getting random none Goldwing parts to fit,
is a conundrum and I won’t be the first to scratch my head, not knowing what parts work.

I will be posting my questions later and would greatly appreciate any advice, hints & build tips etc.
I decided to build my bike, making it fully reversible and not cutting the frame etc.
This will limit moving parts around and adding brackets etc. I don’t weld.

I’ve spent a lot of time looking at your awesome Wings on this site and would just to say, they’re all a credit to their creator. There are so much knowledge and if in doubt, may I ask some parts help please?

Many thanks unique riders & wrenchers

Angie

Welcome and please start a build thread in the members restoration and projects forum. Also it helps us help you if you put what bike and year you're working on in your signature. It keeps us from having to ask what bike your question pertains to if you forget to mention it in the post. Additionally it helps us to know where you're located so if you put that info in the location slot in your profile it will be displayed every time you post.
After 5 posts you will be able to attach pictures so just answer hello back at any replies and you'll be able to show us what you're working on in no time.
