Looking for mirrors with signal lights built in?

When I get to stripping this bike down in just under a month I will need some blinker replacements (among many other things). I am thinking about also changing all the lights to LED as well. I have seen some mirrors with signal lights built in but when I read reviews it seems pretty much everything on Amazon is pretty cheap and crappy.

Has anyone found some quality mirrors with signal lights built in?
