Any luck with gaskets?
Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.

I'll be back in town tomorrow, they should be waiting in the mailbox.

No luck however so far with getting studs made.

I know the studs were discussed a few years back on some thread. I think they were going to be costly, but someone had found a supplier. I wish I could remember who it was or the thread title. I have a good memory.....it's just slooooowww. Maybe next week.

I had inquired with ARP about my project, fella gave me a link to a chart of how they wanted it measured, and he was going to see if anything off the shelf would work. At the time, I didn't have my heads, so I couldn't do all the measurements...so far they are now sitting in boxes till I can get the engine back together, then we will do the measurements and see if they have anything.

Did they tell you to anneal those before using them? On all of the one's I've used we have to do that first.

Copper sure is pretty. ( If NGW need some thing to mount for an award someday.....)

Alwing17 has done all the leg work on studs, seems to me IIRC that is was way costly to do.

Yes, emailed me a nice set of comprehensive instructions for annealing and fitting them.

$60 shipped. Order finalized on a Friday, shipped on the following Monday. They are .02mm thicker than what I measured because that's the closest size he had to the 1.25mm I measured. I doubt it will make a difference but a little less compression cant hurt with the turbo.
