lots of great details.
Any chance you know the manufacturer and part number of the
Key switch yuo used?

The key switch is a barrel style key switch. If you do a google search you can find similar ones. I found mine at a local electronics store. I'm not sure who makes it. I had to run it to a relay to get it to work properly.
thanks for the reply.
I will look around

Is that the stock front wheel? If it is, what size tire on the front? Great looking work by the way. You should be proud! anim-cheers1
1976 sorta stock GL 1000. 1997 VZ800 definitely not stock Suzuki Marauder. Ride em like you stole em!

Some more pictures of the fiberglass work. It really did take over a hundred hours. I don't know if I'd do it again. Fiberglass is really nasty stuff to work with too...
Do you have any other pics of the fiberglass job. I am very interested in trying to replicate it. Full disclosure- I have never worked on fiberglass before. Also did you d them from nothing or did you modify existing sides.

When looking around for a new bike build project on you tube, i came across your walkaround and start up video and that is what made me buy a GL1000, this bike inspired me, so thank you.
