I think I used 20 weight in my 82 Andy.
I weigh about 175lbs and the bike feels good and firm.However it is not a soft ride.

The Progressives are a little firmer than stock .... so thicker fluid usually isn't required ....

I asked cos I couldn't find what weight fork oil to use. ATF isn't really a thing here in the UK and the info I found said 10 - 20w fork oil

ATF Automatic Transmission Fluid. They don't have auto transmissions err gear boxes in the UK?

Kids at the school where my wife works call her Mini Cooper standard gear box a 'Theft Prevention Device' ....

I pick up some correct size forks to replace the antidote forks from my GL1100 Interstate, They are from an 80s CB900. The fork oil in the GL should be 220ml and the fork oil in the CB900 should be 280ml so which should i fill for?

If using the complete 900 setup, then I would imagine you would fill them to 900 spec.
