Rear fender, tank sides masked. This took about 3 days, because my wife is incapable of,or refuses to leave me alone. They should come with an off switch.

Yum! Kinda cool how the bottom flames on the rear fender resemble a skull...

Yeah, I noticed that too. Was that on purpose?

Re: Building long fendered bike
Actually no,I didn't notice till I took pictures, but I like it. If it we're intentional,I would have made it more ' Punisher' influenced. I'm going to carefully mount these parts for pics. I'm getting excited about the final look, need to see if I nailed it.

Paint job looks great! I noticed the skull too, not bad "accident"! Can't wait to see it fully assembled onto the frame!

Re: Building long fendered bike
Um,well...I did things backward, starting with paint. The engine has to be pulled, frame stripped and painted, etc. It'll be awhile before it's back together,BUT I'm going to put em on temporarily to see how it looks so far. I need one tank hinge, pins etc. So maybe this week you'll see it mocked up.

Re: Building long fendered bike
Most are building cafe custom gl's,so I didn't expect the interest given to my heavy cruiser project. It motivates me. Thanks to all.
