I'm kidding about being a zoo keeper,I just have too many animals. We have tons of little lizards, only see one type...I'll see if I can't get a photo, but I've no idea what they are.

The lump at the front helps blend into the doghouse.

Is there any reason i can't use an adapter instead of the banjo on my master cylinder, with a copper crush washer? I replaced the hose with 3/16" hardline through the bars.

Hardline connects directly to adapter.

I never paid much attention to what the bottom of the hole for the banjo bolt looks like.
Does it have a cone shape seat like one for a flared fitting does?
If it doesn't then the flared end of the line isn't gong to seal against anything and the brake fluid will go around it and up between the inverted nut and the hardline.

The ends appear both cone shaped and engage. There seems enough gap left for a crush washer. My vernier calipers died, so i suppose its try and hope.

I would mock up a line and try it on the master cylinder on the bench instead of on the bike. Solder the opposite end of the line shut so squeezing the brake lever will build pressure and let you know if the inverted nut sealed or not.

I received my powder coating kit. Someone donated a clean used oven, its now a matter of getting a 220 outlet wired below the shop breaker box. Fork lowers, disc covers and calipers will get coated. I hate messing with AC, and ill be buying a new box, as the present one doesnt have space for more breakers.
