Ric...couple of questions...Did you start out with any neck rake? Are you planning a neck rake at all? I believe that Harley springer has a different axle diameter. Are you planning for a Harley wheel or staying with the Honda wheel and brakes? I noticed that the springer legs don't have a fender bung. What's the plan?

Ah... the plan...
Well first, No I didn't start with neck rake.
Yes, I plan on raking the front end.
Yes, the axle is a 3/4'' (Honda used a 15mm+) fairly easy to adapt.
I currently have 3 wheel options. A Harley single, Honda GL 2 rotor, & dual binder drum.
(the Harley will most likely win out on looks, but I do like the drum)
Lucky sez ''no fender on me''
If we can't fix it, we can fix it so no one else can.

As with each of your bike builds Hott I become green with envy. Someone said earlier in this thread that they wish they had access to the lathe they had in shop class...I would trade my eight years of college to go back to highschool and take every shop class I could.

Thank you for sharing your skills and knowledge.

Quote from rainstromrider,"The only problem is you make it look easy! awesome work!" Ain't that the truth! Just snap a few pics and it's done. Really love watching for your updates.
