Last time was worth the wait. Get it right and get it the way you want it, Ric. On your last build I was told, "Patience, Grasshopper." ( bowing head)

OK, It isn't for lack of working. The order of things are a little out of order. So we'll go at it like this.............
the Victim; 1981 1100i 37Kmi. This is a robbery attempt that hasn't run in several years. The frame has some squeeze marks from hiway bars. And it 'landed' on the kickstand. The stand and frame member are toast. Other than that, she's a Wing with potential ! :orange
DSC00348.JPG

..stripped to a roller. The front end will be going away I'll let the gauges watch for a while.
DSC01859.jpg

...While waiting for spokes and odd items I'll get started on some carbinization.
I'm using the factory runners for their flanges...
DSC01863.JPG

DSC01864.JPG

..A little lathe time and you get something lika dis.
DSC01878.JPG

Man Cave Note; these runners are cast and not a centered piece. If you want to try this you
will have to offset the part in your chuck.
Repeat 3 more times and you are ready to.................
