With the successful modification of a perfectly running 82 gl1100 under my belt i caught the moonlighting mechanic bug and needed a new project to tackle. Found this piece of junk interstate for $400 and hauled it home last night.
I'm gonna tear into it tonight, but my first question is about lithium batteries! I'm thinking of breaking the bank on this one:
https://www.amazon.com/WPS-Featherweigh ... on+battery
I searched the forum already for li-ion batteries and nothing answered my question about how many CCAs are needed to get the wing to fire up, anyone know?
PS: what do i have to do to get the pics not upside down? they aren't upside down on my computer.

Re: 86 interstate into who knows!
Welcome! If you happen to be using either an Iproduct, (IPhone, IPad etc) or perhaps even an Android, they seem to post pictures willy nilly. If you alter your picture in your device, (enhance it, or slightly change it’s size) and save it, then go into your post, and load the “new” picture, and it should look right.
I typically post off of an IPad, so it can be frustrating at times.

On Windows 10, at least, you can right-click on the picture file and rotate left or right.
