Monoshock swingarm reinforcement
I've seen several builds with mono shocks some with significant structural modifications and some with almost no reinforcement of the swingarm. What is the general consensus on reinforcing the swingarm. I know some builds have been around for a few years so just looking to see what has been proven to work best over time.

Re: Monoshock swingarm reinforcement
A contributor here who worked for Honda racing said it was the first step before racing with most early Honda swingarms. Take a 1000 in your hands and you can twist it and visibly see it flex. I believe they used a horseshoe shape and staggered stepped tubes.
Cyborg used a piece of heavy flat stock on one of his. They will warp if not done properly. Mike reinforced his from the underside which kept everything still in play above.

Whatever I suggest here should be given ample time for a moderator to delicately correct. I apologize in advance.
