"Modern" Logo & Pin Striping for side covers?

#1

Post by rockyhayes »

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if anybody can identify the adhesive logo and pinstripe used on this side cover? I need to find the source so I can buy a set for the other side, to match...

That's not a modern "GL1000" emblem.

Well, it was in '75. The pin striping is not original but it's a simple one strand that you can lay down from a roll. A complete emblem package can be gotten here. Not sure where/if you can find just the "GL1000" separately.

I got a lot of my custom logos done at a local sign shop up the road from me.
Find a sign shop what does vinyl lettering and they should be able to replicate the logo for you. The pinstriping is probably just bulk pinstriping sold by the roll

PartsnMore (website above) had just the side panel emblems for about $25.
