I have made it home.... redwood went home yesterday and is flying to San Francisco (like the pope) for her Aunts funeral. This is the aunt who drove across country with redwood when she bought her morgan

once again, great group of old NGW friends and new NGW friends..... I only had to say "how bout dem cubbies" less than a handful of times

put about 40 mile on the 79 project, but still don't trust it leading a group, but it runs (and matches redwoods bike). Ane put about 200 miles on Alice's (our daughter) silverwing

and once again the golden gate bridge was flooded out

Finally made it home safe and sound. Put 899.8 miles on the trip odometer. I'm sure most of the guys did more than that. Thanks everyone. Every day the weather was perfect and the rides were great!

I'm home also. Only measured 825 miles from the meet up point to the last fill. Bike ran great. Weather was fantastic. Thanks again to Rodger & Beth for hosting. I had a blast. 43.42 mpg for the trip.

Todd and I made it to Fairview Heights IL for the night. Got in about 530pm. Hotel has laundry on our floor so I (Todd is napping) decided to do up what we had dirty so not so much to when we get home. Tomorrow we will ride to Mt Morris IL to visit some family then home early Sunday morning. Thank you everyone for making our first trip so much fun! Special thanks to Beth & Rodger for putting this all together & hosting.

Robin
