When are most of you arriving and leaving? I called the hotel and they seem to have different dates than we do.

Looks like most plan to arrive Tuesday before dinner to enjoy Bob's Chili. I am still trying to figure out my departure. It will either be late Thursday or before daylight Friday, I have to be in Buffalo Friday Dinner time.

That's what I thought, but when I talked to the woman at the hotel, she said that most people are coming Monday and leaving Thursday am. Thanks

John and I are checking out Friday morning. I plan on having some breakfast before loading up.

My plan is in late night Monday and out early Friday or mid day Thursday.

No other way to say it, I goofed up times and dates between Kathy and I. We have a wedding in Destin beach Fla. the same week as the run. We are taking the RV and staying from before the run, till the weekend after.....
