We were setup just the other side of that little pickup truck. I think we folded up our site about 11:30 or Noon.

I am curious to know how the crowds were at the event. Were there lots of people attending? How was the swap meet? Anyone from the NGW crew sell anything?

Crowd is a strong word for attendance.....

Swap meet was 4 or 5 tents, which we where one.

Whiskerfish sold a couple of mirrors but no one else sold anything...

There were several vendors with complete bikes and others with parts (one guy had a bunch of NGK plugs for a buck each, but all the non-resistor went quick!) A couple guys brought trailers full of used bikes that had been restored/freshened and that pretty well filled the entry pavilion. One of my friends brought a trailer of "projects", and I think he sold one. One of the bike vendors told me that he wished he had brought more so he would have one left for the show - he sold all he brought. Spectators could have been a lot better, and I am working Patrick to get sponsors next year for the purpose of marketing the event. Some suggested a fee for entering the show to pay for the plaques, but if the donations cover it I think he will go free for another year.

I’ll give it another shot next year. Any excuse to get up that way in April.
