Alwing 17 and I are home at my place, Halfnaked should be close to home too.

Dinner was not the same without our "full team" for Mid Ohio. But fun was had by all that where here.

Lot's of folks roaming around, business was brisk to start Friday, but by early afternoon it fell flat and never came back. But we had sold enough to break even for the booth and tickets. Alas no one was around to pay for dinner, so that was on us for the first time ever..

Alwing did sell a little Honda 125 he had brought to ride around, but it bought so much attention he put a big price on it. And along came a guy that offered about 90 percent of it....deal. So he stepped up and paid for dinner for Halfnaked and I.

Coming on Sunday was a cool experience for different. A bit lower-key, which was equal parts good and bad. The swap meet was more laid back, and your chances of getting run over by a yahoo on a pit bike were dramatically lower. But on the flip side the in-track booths and show was virtually non-existant. Given the choice, I don't think it's something I'll do again any time soon.

Still, got to see a Sunbeam for the first time, and I finally got to get a pic of the best Honda Davidson motorcycle I saw at the show several years ago. So it wasn't a total wash.

I've been to two Swap meets with you guys but only one BBQ. The first without barby, in 2010 on my second visit to the US. Riding with Doug all the way up from Tennessee, we got washed out in a massive thunderstorm and had to overnight in a motel, missing the BBQ festivities.
Not sure on the second one (boy, is my memory getting OLD!), but it seems 2013 when I brought my own bike over for the big trip Doug and I did that year. I do remember going to Greg's from the Pennsylvania rally, so the dates work out.
Need to do it again some time.

That Sunbeam S7 is a very rare bike over here and must be even rarer in the States. Good to see one in great condition.
