That is a very good chart, but it forgets to mention one thing: regardless of size desiganation, tires from different manufacturers and even different model tires from the same manufacturer can be totaly different actual sizes than size designated, In the tire shops, we demonstrated this with a MIchelin 235/75R15 and a Yokohama 235/75R15. The Michelin was at least a 1/2 inch taller and wider.
We once had a factory rep from Michelin tell us that most companies adhere to 5mm plus or minus tolerance for width and plus or minus 3% on aspect ratios. This holds true for bike tires as well. So even though this is an excellent chart, test fitments are best in many applications. We know this from the number of guys who have trouble wit a 130 rubbing while others fit 140s.
