I have a lot of 75-79 GL1000 and a fair amount of GL1100 parts.
None of it is listed on my site, but just ask me. I'll see if I've got it.

I like Bikebandit.com. They have the Honda parts microfiche BUT unlike many other places on the Web, they are updated to show what has been discontinued and what is still available. I've ordered a ton of parts from them. Here's the 76 GL1000 page.

http://www.bikebandit.com/Honda-Motorcy ... 76/m/m9474

There are MANY parts sites on the Web that have the Honda part microfiches and parts lists, many with prices. HOWEVER, most do not show which parts are discontinued and give you the mistaken impression that you have found a treasure trove of old parts. Here's an example.

They are good for looking up PNs and prices. Then I go the bikebandit to see if the part is still available.

www.cyclebrakes.com

Great source for stainless steel brakes lines. Excellent pricing and one of the few in the U.S. that can provide black SS cables so they look stock. Ask for Ed...he is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a d.i.y. seat kit for my 78 gl1000 from a place called

"Wingthings-Texas"

Not sure if they're still in business, I can't seem to pull up their web page, but there's a phone # listed in some of the directories I looked up.

Might be worth a try....

I'm surprised you guys and gals haven't found this Gold Mine right here in Oklahoma. I've bought several parts from them.

++ on Wing Enterprises, Bart's a good guy to deal with and knows his wings. I was there the other day and told him about NGW and helped him register. His username is Wingman40.
