Reproduction Decals

#1

Post by luludog »

Just a short note to mention the great products & service I've gotten from Reproduction Decals. The shock decals I ordered recently were perfect. They ship via CanadaPost and it takes 1-2 weeks after they're shipped out.

Here's their link http://www.reproductiondecals.com/defau ... .html~main

Post from here was made in 2006, so this is an ongoing issue. http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=10247.0

Can probably still get, but they don't advertise on their website. Your best shot is direct contact. A shame the problem is only with Honda.
I took a chance and sent an eMail to Reproductiondecals to verify the copyright situation. Though technically true, here is the response I recieved:

Bob:

Hi. Due to issues with Honda we are no longer to have their products
on our Website.

We are still dedicated to helping vintage motorcycle enthusiasts in
need of graphics.
I am still able to provide you with graphics for your CB750 K0.

The price shown includes shipping. If you are interested in purchasing
these decals through Paypal our Paypal ID is
orders@reproductiondecals.com If you would like to order by Credit
Card you can call us at 519-668-7152 with your Credit Card info.

thanks
Ellen

Attached find an image with price information.

You can still order them, I just did. Call the number above and ask for Ellen. Seems they still have some in stock, she did not mind that I was going to post this. If you need some my advice would be to not procrastinate (like I did ;)) get them while you can and before this mess really shuts things down.

I've used their products for years -- they're the best that I've found. And you're MUCH better off calling and dealing in person. They really are good.

Yes, as Roncar said. Honda lawyers slammed them and several other on-line distributors of reproduction Honda graphics. They were given a warning to cease and desist so, they did......stop advertising, that is but, not selling. You must contact them directly by phone for Honda graphics. Interesting that none of the other M/C manufacturers e.g., Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and the like, have no concerns with the reproduction of their 'no longer produced' graphics.
