He is helping me out with a purchase from him I TOTALLY screwed up!
On a TOTALLY unrelated subject, you may want to turn off auto correct on your smart phone, so you dont give it a street name that it doesnt understand, and corrects it to something it thinks is close. Of course, if your street name is common, no problem, but if it isnt?
