Man, that's a beautiful bike! You could install a paddle wheel on it & cruise the Mighty Mississippi River.
If there is one thing I have learned throughout this process it is this: Check your respirator for spiders before you put it on.

Hahaha! Yes! I will take it on a trip on the Mississippi river some day.
Here are some more pics of the bike. The black one is a friend of mines. A -98. Mine is a -90 Both SE.
A little to much bling bling. Will take some of and take it slowly bit by bit to resore it, and take away some of the light etc. etc.

Are the lights on a switch? If so, consider leaving them...never know when you may want to mix it up a bit and turn them on!
I don’t recall back in 90 if reverse gear was still an option,( some earlier years it was, don’t recall what year it became standard) but hopefully you have it, as they can get a bit heavy to push backwards.

The light that shines on the sidestand actually looks like a really good idea ....

Nate! Yes, all the lights are on switches and an extra battery in one of the trunks.. But all the wiring is not that well done so. You cant see the lights if you dont know what to look for so. I will take it step by step and see what i will do about it.
Mine is a SE US import. All the SE and Aspencades has reverse gear. Just love it!! The bike is a pain to move without it. ☺

Yes! Much cleaner without all the "extra" stuff on it.
Thanks Nate, that you will help me out.
