Orange peel on SOLID colors can be we sanded out before clear (NOT on metallics and pearls!) Orange peel is not unusual with Spraymax I guess, but sometimes it comes out great right off the bat. Two cans should do four coats. After about 24-48 hours of cure, you can wet sand, polish and buff the Spraymax to a level shine.
Orange peel is caused by spraying too dry, I think, but there is that fine line between orange peel and sags/runs.
BTW, that color looks awesome!

I usually start around 1000-1200 and work to 7000 grit before compounding.

Is this method for the orange peeled color or for the clear coat? Or both?

For the clear coat. For the color, just knock down the orange peel with 1200 grit (use a block!) being careful not to sand through. That is probably enough for the color, but I take it to 2000 or even 3000. It goes fast after things level! Don't compound the color.
But, I'm certainly no finishing expert. Lots of YouTube videos show the way.

Now that the painting is done, time to pull the carbs  . (Right of passage?)
Eager to start her after assembling the shelter, I didn't notice the fuel running through; she flooded but good.

After pulling the carbs, I "wicked-out" fuel from the head. Could there be some in the exhaust?

Yes. Slow roll over by hand and check the oil not contaminated. Hook the rack up to auxiliary fuel cell with 91% isopropyl alcohol and let it hang until yo find and fix the leak, then test for at least eight hoyrs after fix. So many places to leak....

I'll do it, and an oil change for sure.

Thanks for tip of using alcohol to test the carbs, Pid.

Well, I've been round and round three times with the floats/needles/seats and was able to temporarily stop the flooding. But, a few bumps (real world simulation) and the flooding returns. I plan to replace the seats and needles with Honda if available.

There is something that I don't understand.
There is nearly no fuel reaching #4 bowl; empty every time. But air flows easily from the fuel supply hose through the seat when I blow on the hose. What gives?

Have you pulled the seat for #4? They have a nylon mesh filter on each, and that can get plugged. One thing that can "hang up" a float valve is roughness on the side of the float valve or inside of the seat barrel. Also, make sure that your float is not interfering with a gasket or something else in the bowl/body.

Did you split the plenum when you did your rebuild? I have seen those fuel transfer passages closed up on more than one set.

I just took a set apart yesterday that had the plenum seal swelled up at the fuel transfer passage. Fuel these days will do that to regular rubber.

I have not pulled any seats...yet. I will investigate the float movement closely. Thanks

You don't always need new needle and seat assemblies. But when you do OEM are always the best way to go. I installed new carb rebuild kits in a CB750 over the weekend. Customer supplied them. Insisted on me using the needle/seat assemblies. One of them would not seal. I reused one of his originals and it worked fine.
