Yeah I don't twist or lean on bikes really. Very tame. There's modern sportsbikes I can get for a good price and outperform this old girl. Its purely to relive times gone and present in a different package- plus it gives me a hobby.
Any ideas on where to find 12" shocks that fit?

I found a number of sources for 12" and shorter shocks a few years back when I finished my '78. I just did a quick scan and see that they aren't that easily found now. It will take some poking, but they are out there.

I believe these would fit with a little finesse. They're what I used on mine. Cheap, but quite functional - a little on the harsh side:

Yeah looks great, like a drag bike, too low for me but pretty cool
