I'm a Valk guy. I turned my '97 Bumblebee Standard into a Tourer. (Those colors were offered only on Standard).
Found a local fellow who'd triked his and I bought, literally, everything from the swingarm back. Only problem was that it was Teal and Black! Also found a set of Vikings at the same time - to replace the Cobras I bought it with. (Sorry for the hijack - back to the fine '83 you should keep).

Looks pretty "detailed" already. That's the way to do it, though. Start with a clean one. And you did!
