Just a quick update.

Randakk’s kit came in.

I’ve been rebuilding the float posts - currently looking for a drill bit that works before digging out a hole through the JB Weld.

Cleaning and polishing things which I love doing.

Figuring out what tires to put on her.

Getting the timing belt, oil, brakes, radiator fluid and anything else I can (that’s bolt on so to speak) a new leash on life.

When I pull the the rear tire, I’ll need to pull the gas tank and get it cleaned out. I am in utter shock it even ran in the condition I previously showed in the “tadpole”, or as people call it reverse trike, condition.

I’ll be honest, I hate the temp, voltage, and fuel gauges on the false tank. It just seems cumbersome to have them there. Heck, I don’t even know if they work. And as a rider, taking your eyes off the road, just doesn’t work for me.
I’m such the purist. I want to bring her back to that original glory though. We shall see.

I have nothing to report except shaping shiny stuff.
