Re: 1979 GL1000 impulse buy
Love your exhaust. I was a teamster at a Coca Cola warehouse and a fella made a syrup delivery and wanted to know if I could use my forklift to straighten his semi stacks that he got stuck under a bridge and bent back terribly. I was 19 and learned a life lesson as the guy kept repeating, I’m gonna lose my job, I’m gonna lose my job. I tried to bend those exhaust stacks back but they wouldn’t bend back. Lesson, when you have tall exhaust pipes beware of low over heads.

This is just one mans opinion, but if you decide to put the mud flap back on I suggest you lose the skull and add the chrome reclining young lady. It would seem to go better. Have you considered dual rear wheels?
I added the heart as this is a family site. You would get to name her too.

Congratulations on Bike of the Month! This bike deserves more than a still picture. PLEASE post a video with sound of a cold start and of you riding it. Or at least a short walk-around clip of it running.
