Video time. This first one is on a cool morning, temp high 40s, cold start. Choke is fully out but engine doesn't rev up to 3000K and beyond, just idles low enough to not stall.

Second video is after 10-mile ride to work that same morning, about a 17-min ride. Temp is normal but idle still a bit low and bike starts idling erratically, so I have to give her a bit of throttle to get her normal again.

Last video is coming back home that day. Outside temp in low 70s, idle is now good but obviously quite high. In your experience, does idle speed vary on gas tank volume? Wouldn't there be more fuel pressure when tank is full or does the pump typically work well enough to deliver fuel at same rate no matter what the tank volume?

I know I need to clean and likely overhaul the carbs but do you think ignition sounds like it's well-set? Looking forward to your comments, hope the weekend offers you good riding,

It is not running on all 4 jugs. You can use a IR temp reader or a spray bottle of water on the headers to see which cylinders are hot and which are not.
